How do I return an item?
If damaged by shipping company you need to contact us within 3 days of receiving damaged shipment to make claim.
Only returns with authorized RMA number displayed on the label/box will be accepted by receiving, if not, it will be refused and returned to sender. All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Return orders need to be determined if your product is eligible to obtain an RMA number, please contact our sales team at 772-600-5322. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Items returned from an order that had "Free Shipping" status will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Non returnable items:
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS WHICH INCLUDE ITEMS NOT LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE.
Most new products carry a 1-year warranty from date of purchase. To make a warranty claim after the first 30 days of purchase, call 772-600-5322. WE DO NOT OFFER WARRANTY ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN INSTALLED BY A GOLF CART COMPANY. Buyer must show invoice proof from legitimate golf cart repair company.
